In 2000 Canyon State installed six Trane units on my building and has serviced those units for the past ten years.

Canyon State's response time is fast and their repairmen arrive when scheduled or call to reschedule it they can't make it due to prior jobs taking longer than expected.  I appreciate that they keep in touch as I am constantly surprised how many service people and companies don't show up when scheduled, don't call, and then show up unexpectedly.

In a recent bid process for hail damage repair, I didn't feel any up sell pressure from Canyon State and was confident that their recommendations were for only what was necessary to restore the units. Their bid was significantly less than competing proposals.

Working with Canyon State makes maintenance of my building much easier because of their exemplary service and the confidence I have in Canyon State's honesty.
